During the last sermon, we talked about the topic "Church Uniform" to learn and understand how the way we look or dress or behave becomes a communication channel either for God or the devil and which is also contagious even among the children of God and this necessitates the need for a conscious and cautioned dress style or outfit in the presence of God and among Godly children especially in the church so that this will not be used against us in the day of judgments and that satan will not use it as an entrance for his dwelling.

Preamble:

This week, we shall be looking at the topic "Destiny Manager" to understand how a man’s destiny is being secretly managed to follow a certain path or journey and thereby satisfying the desire of the one taking lordship over the process. Destiny as it is defined below can be managed by God and Satan depending on the one which you have allowed to take his place in you. Though God is the creator of everything in the world and He set his plan sure from the beginning but so many things along this journey of life can set or divert His good desire for us to turn out to be something entirely different from His plan. Please sit back and enjoy this great lecture that will change your life forever.

Introduction:

Destiny can be defined as an event or thing that will necessarily happen in the future and it can be a Godly or devilish event which will be meant to satisfy the desire of the one taking lordship over the process. It can also take some tough path or very easy one depending on the life circumstances which could befall the journey because life is a race and the way you run or mobilize energy to recharge your strength towards the days of challenges or adversity will determine your success. The voice which you are obeying during your journey in life will determine the lordship over you. God or the devil can set a plan for every individual which therefore becomes their destiny depending on which voice is obeyed because if the voice of God is obeyed and His will is done then a Godly destiny is assured but if it is the voice of the devil that is being obeyed, a devilish destiny will be made manifest.

God is not an alter of confusion, He created everything on earth [including man] good and splendid [Genesis 1: 31] even with a bright future [Jeremiah 29: 11] but the devil is working hard to make sure that the plan of God over man get contaminated or forfeited or failed and all these can only happen if a man gave himself to the devil since God has created man to take authority over his decision by virtue of the power of freewill given to them [Proverb 16: 9] because all men will be responsible for his or her action. 

Destiny is a game of choice, just as we have learnt above, and depending on the choice you make, the path will follow. Another thing is to be able to manage what choice being made because there are two forces contending over man for every affair of this world and these are the one of the earth and heaven above [Galatians 5: 17]. Satan is of the earth [John 8: 23] and he has his own power controlling the air [Ephesians 2: 2] and the mind of people especially those under his captive [2 Corinthians 4: 4] to restrain their desire out of Gods will but our lord Jesus Christ is of heaven above far beyond all principalities and power taking full dominion on earth especially over those that are obedient to him [Philippians 2: 9-11 ].

Being able to manage is the ability to take charge and fully hold in control what is being managed, and therefore managing your destiny is the most critical and very important factor towards achieving it because immediately a Godly destiny is set, the devil who has no other business than to steal, kill and destroy [John 10: 10] goes out tactically to feeds on it, either to terminate it, truncate it, or change it course [1 Peter 5: 8] but this will not and cannot happen without your consent because God has given you the authority over your decision but most time we allow or agree to the devilish desire unknowingly. 

You see, the devil will not write a letter to you that he needs your agreement on certain things or that he want to use you for his purpose but as you desire the things of the world in the area of money, shelter, food, position, woman, and every sweet things of life, there he will wait for you because he knows you can’t live through this world without desiring for all these things and this is why our lord Jesus Christ says, you should not run after all these thing that your heavenly father knows that you need them because they are basic amenities of life and that he will give it to you in such a way that the devil will not trap you with it but to seek the kingdom of God first and every other thing will be added to it [Matthew 6: 31-33]. 

Managing your destiny successfully requires an enablement which comes with a greater power from above to overcome every road block and challenges that will be set before the entire journey because they must come and you must always be ready to fight to overcome if not you will remain under but your victory is alone in Christ Jesus who has conquer the world on the cross [John 16: 33, 1 John 5: 4] and He is the only one that can stop the devil for you and carry you to succeed to the glory of the father. 

Enablement is the driving unseen forces which gives you spiritual backing to achieve anything here on earth and it varies from individual to individual and God is the only one that can provide such enablement that is hundred percent sure of success here on earth because the devil will also try to contend with whatsoever thing standing against his desire over you but since God created him [devil] and the created cannot be greater than the creator then God will put him under subjection and give you the power to continually put him [devil] under [Luke 10: 19]. 

Now let’s look at the three level of a destiny manager as it relate to your life existence from the moment you are born or created till a time of natural death:

1. God: 

The first and utmost level of destiny manager is God Himself because He is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the ending [Revelation 22: 13] and so, He is the one that knows the start and the end of everything He has created. He is the only one that can set His plan from the point of creation and it will never tarry till the end of days because He is the all sufficient and so He can compel whatsoever thing to align with His plan (Proverb 21: 1). 

Our bible text, Isaiah 46: 9-10 states that “Remember the former things of old, for i am God, and there is none else, i am God, and there is none like me. Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, my counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure”

Though God created everything and He set everything good from the beginning as part of His creation both for the good and the bad but He provide enablement as explained above to His selected children because not everyone under this planet are His children since children comes by obedience to His will and desire [John 14: 23, Revelation 22: 11-12, Romans 9: 7-9]. The enablement also could vary from individual to individual even under His lordship because among His dear loving children, there are greater vessel and lower vessel some to honour and some to dishonour because vessel especially greater ones comes by greater responsibility and sacrifice and they generate much deeper love from the father (God) than others but when a man purges himself as require then He will also be a vessel unto honour [2 Timothy 2: 20-21].

Enablement set destiny assure and its varies from individual to individual as their strength for greater responsibilities, sacrifices, and exploit can go or as a result of their generational account or could be a direct vessel from God with which the enablement cannot tarry till the end of days and therefore, I will admonish you to submit yourself to God wholeheartedly and be rooted in His knowledge so that your level of exploit can return Godly glory to you because God will not give you His power to be misuse, or kept unused or wasted, but to perform exploit for Him and be a light to your world and likewise bring soul into His kingdom and all will be to His glory [Daniel 11: 32b] and I pray for you reading this sermon that the lord will grant you grace for such level of exploit in Jesus name.

2. Man:

The second utmost level of destiny manager is man themselves because after God creates everything, He places it in their care and gave them authority to take charge and rule over everything He had made [Genesis 1: 26-27] and they are meant to report back to God what they have used with what He has given them and therefore every man is going to give account to God of everything he did with his or her hand throughout his entire lifetime [Romans 14: 12].

As explain above, God provides enablement even to those He dearly love and cannot tarry of Gods plan till the end of days but generally it is the deed of man that set their destiny, in other words it is what you do that will set your destiny later in life because God who created everything cannot be mock, and so, whatsoever a man sowed, that he shall also reap [Galatians 6: 7], this is a natural law which God Himself has set among creation and you are among the creation which means you cannot sow banana and expect to reap cassava, NO WAY! Even if you did not reap whatsoever you planted in this generation, your children or great grand children will reap it for you to balance your account, because Gods words and laws cannot fail [Exodus 20: 5-6].

Enablement can also be provided based on ones generational account over your family lineage if it is in a positive mode, that is, if a good will has been sacrifice over the past generations [Exodus 20: 6] because the account also need to be settled to fulfilled Gods words as stated above. Man is fully in charge of their decision over everything in life and they hold the power to accept whether to obey God or the devil [Jeremiah 29: 11] which therefore places their destiny in their hand, and the way you laid your bed, they say, you will lie on it.

Man becomes the great manager of destiny after God because they have all the needed resources and they are to utilize it employing all forms of skills and techniques known to them both spiritually and physically but all must be to the glory of God for a Godly destiny to be assured which can only be attained by deeply rooted in the knowledge of God. I pray the lord open your heart to this knowledge in Jesus name.

3. Devil:

The third level of destiny manager which cannot be neglected is the devil, who has no other business than to steal, kill and destroy soul [John 10: 10]. The devil already has a target which is to have your soul through lordship and thereby destroying or stealing from it and this is set as the destiny of his entire follower and obedience children both knowingly or unknowingly. He uses so many sweet and good things of life to entice and call his prey so they can answer him with immediate effect because he knows that virtually everyone love something good and will not reject such offer except the spirit of God dwell in you to divert your attention away from such.  

Another thing to note is that the devil will never come to you as a bad or evil man because he knows that you will run but he will disguise under the cover of righteousness, as a good and holy man, even with a sheep clothing so he can begin his plan or work over you [1 John 4: 1-3] and he must also be very closer to you to be able to carry out his mission [Matthew 10: 34-37].  The devil can also gives you whatever you want, maybe riches, authority, woman, and many basic things of life in other to have your soul, especially if he has seen the light of God in you, so he can easily stop that light from shining so that you will not bring glory to God, we remember he went to our lord Jesus Christ to tempt Him that He should bow down and worship him and he will give Him everything in the word that it has been given to him and he can give it to whomever he wishes but Jesus rebuke him [Matthew 4: 8-10, Luke 4: 5-8].

Beloved, there are many souls today that have been given in to the devil either knowingly or unknowingly through their lustful desire over the things of the world and so many had been held in bondage through this but I pray for you reading this that every power that has been contending with you be it foundational or generational or self induce that will not allow you appropriate the things of God be broken in Jesus name.

Conclusion:

Now that you have known that destiny depends on your deed and obedience to God for a Godly destiny to be assured, what are you doing to make sure the devil will not have your soul because he desire it and you have the full authority to stop him by being obedience to the will and commandments of God and so, if you just sit without making any approach toward obeying God fully then the devil is already using you through lordship over your soul, since you are either with Christ or you are not with Him as there is no middle place. May the lord gives you grace for a deeper understanding into this subject in Jesus name.

Confession: 

If you have not accepted Jesus Christ as your lord and saviour and you are convinced that you need him to come into your life so you can also tap into the grace available through shedding of his blood, and equally partake of the effectiveness of his wrath and the blessing that comes with it, and that you are sure, you are ready to repent from all those sin of fornication, adultery, lying, sexual immorality, pride, jealousy, hatred, idolatry, selfish ambition, witchcraft, impurity and debauchery, dissensions, envy, drunkenness, orgies and the likes, then locate a quiet place, be sober and be on your knees, and make this little confession but remember to be sure of what you are doing, so that you will not be using God to play, when you respect him and give him honour, he will also honour you in the sight of men (Matthew 6: 6).

Lord Jesus, i come with total humbleness of heart to ask for forgiveness of my sins and accept you as my lord and saviour, please forgive me of all my sin (you can begin to name them if you know them) I surrender my life to you and i want you to come and take full charge over my life and i accept you as my lord and my saviour, please cleanse me with your blood that you shed on the cross and make me a new man leaving old things behind, I promise to serve you and do your will at all time and i ask for the strength to carry on. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for saving me.
